Absolutely amazing experience. Nicole is a fountain of knowledge, and such a gifted healer.
I booked my first manual lymphatic drainage massage, and I am hooked! Nicole told me what to expect from the treatment, and really tailored it to my body’s needs. The lymph drainage was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep a couple of times which I never do during massages. I usually get very deep work, but the light touch of the MLD felt so effective. I walked out feeling light, and rejuvenated. So healing, so necessary. I fell asleep at 7pm and slept through the whole night! My body needed that reset.
